Through this collaboration, Proxymity’s platform will offer individual and institutional investors access to digital voting for German Issuers.
This collaboration reflects our commitment to improve market transparency and investor engagement in Germany by connecting Proxymity’s technology-driven communications infrastructure with German Issuer Agents serviced via Breukel Software GmbH. Seven German Issuer Agents, including UBJ. GmbH, GFEI HV GmbH, ITTEB GmbH & Co. KG, AAA HV Management GmbH, Bader & Hubl GmbH, HV AG and HV-Management GmbH have already adopted the solution, collectively representing more than one third of all general meetings held by German issuers annually.
