23-May 2022: Intent HQ is expanding its senior leadership team, with the addition of Frederik Schröder as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Schröder joins Intent HQ, recently recognised as one of Europe’s fastest growing companies in the FT1000, to pursue international business expansion.
Schröder has over two decades of US, EMEA and global sales leadership experience in the Cloud, Data and Analytics industries, including time at T-Systems, and Worldcom/Verizon. Most recently, Schröder was VP of Strategic Partners at Weka, where he led the strategic partnerships division. Prior to this he was VP of Global Sales at Hitachi Vantara, where he scaled the business from $10M to $70M and increased sales effectiveness by 25%.
He is a highly effective Sales Executive, highly regarded public speaker and industry thought leader, who has consistently exceeded sales targets through optimal use of account planning, sales data, and his empowering management style.

Frederik holds a master’s degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and is a Harvard Business School graduate of the General Management Program. Originally from The Netherlands, Frederik Schröder is based in the Bay Area of San Francisco.
